The knowledge is made available by the collaboration between the African Initiative for Combating Desertification to Strengthen Resilience to Climate Change in the Sahel and the Horn of Africa (AI-CD), the International Center for Agricultural Research in Dry Areas (ICARDA), its partners and the CGIAR.
We use Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) to bring up useful information, the collaborative online platform for knowledge employed by five CGIAR Research Centers and three Research Programs – ICARDA, CIP, IITA, ICRAF, WorldFish, ICRISAT, GLDC, RTB, FISH – to manage their activities and results. The knowledge shared in partnership with the AI-CD is indicative of the research for development efforts made by the Centers with the aim of improving livelihoods and ecosystems services, enhancing local capacities, support gender equality and endorse the role of youth in transforming the African countries.
